Overview

RapidWorks is powerful software that helps you create parametric CAD models from your 3D scans.

While ScanStudio PRO can export splines and NURBS representations of your model, RapidWorks generated CAD models include editable sketches and a full feature tree.

At all steps in the process, the scan data acts as a guide, and RapidWorks excels at snapping to the scan and automatically recognizing features of interest.

While you work, built in accuracy checking makes sure your design is faithful to the original.

When you’re ready, you can transfer directly to SolidWorks with feature tree intact, and save as SLDPRT.  Or save as IGES / STEP and export to your CAD or CAM system of choice.

ScanStudio Pro Included

Every seat of RapidWorks comes with a complimentary copy of ScanStudio PRO. 

ScanStudio PRO provides an easy way to generate splines and NURBS surfaces without having to leave the scan environment.  It also provides tools for comparison, orienting your model, and exporting to standard IGES, STEP, and STL formats.
