MFG Galileo Composites's composite team has been producing ground-based radomes since inception and offers customers comprehensive composite processing capabilities. Currently, the company employs more than 20 dedicated composite technicians. A certified training program is in place to teach all technicians both composite material theory and provide hands-on training. To leverage the experienced workforce, MFG Galileo Composites regularly deploys lean manufacturing tools through process improvement teams to ensure smooth and efficient production and part flow with minimal waste.
