Model Gallery

A number of different tools can be used by you to investigate COMSOL Multiphysics and it applicability to your multiphysics modeling.

Model Gallery

Model GalleryThe Model Gallery contains over 300 example models from the COMSOL suite of products from all areas of engineering and science. Multiphysics modeling features prominently while single-physics, tutorial and benchmarking models are also available.

All models come with full documentation. The model physics and set-up are described, and step-by-step instructions on how to build it are provided.

Click here to go to COMSOL’s Model Gallery, where browse and search your way to the model that is most like the multiphysics application you would like to model.

Animated Tutorials

Click here to see COMSOL Multiphysics described and summarized by a number of tutorials. These give brief introductions to the modeling process as well as the different features found within COMSOL and its suite of products.

Each tutorial investigates a certain feature, such as defining your physics or the solution process, or else an application, such as AC/DC Engineering and RF Simulations. A particular focus on coupling physics through multiphysics modeling is seen throughout.

Model Animations

Animating simulations of physical problems can be very helpful in understanding the underlying multiphysics phenomena. Sometimes such animations can give rise to new questions and inspire creativity.

Follow this link to see how real physical phenomena can be animated using the tools in COMSOL Multiphysics. The animated models are selected from a variety of application areas.
